Regarding Mac & Linux Support
I'm gonna have to give a check into how glsl shaders are used and how to upload them properly into the workshop so that texture issues don't pop for linux/macs.

This may be time consuming however its a process on the works and I'll appeciate all feedback from mac/linux in here regarding their issues.

Mac/Linux threads may be merged here.

Until then, please check the F.A.Q Thread which got a solution to make the game playable in those operating systems

I'm uncertain about WSE compatibility with a MAC, you can try building your own WSE from WSESDK source code with Mac compatibility if you have the knowledge how to, same with Linux.

If you are unsuccesful and got a mac or a linux, you can still play the single player without WSE, as long as you don't mind script errors and none functional co-op/multiplayer.

Okay thanks! I have no knowledge on how to do so... never really got into that kind stuff for MB. I really wanted to do some co-op with a friend. Thanks again!

I guess you can try emulating WSELoader.exe with something like Wine in Linux, I'm unfamiliar with the emulation tools macs have, it'll be your best shot if you don't have the knowledge to compile WSE.

You can try putting it in the root directory of the game and its content, then opening wsesettings.txt, editing it to store co-op data into a valid location, then running WSELoader.exe.
I use a steam wine wrapper to run a few PC exclusives on my Mac.
With M&B, however, the game runs with all the taskbars and overlayed, even if its set to fullscreen. It's actually incredibly frustrating to deal with, as even looking down or up in game will highlight the apps on the taskbars. Any help appreciated.
Either way, thanks for taking the time to make such an interesting mod!

Cosmonaut, you can alieviate the taskbar issue somewhat by hiding it for the duration. That is something I have done for other games I have had this issue for. If you also turn the size to minimum it is okay. To do this you just have to open up system preferences, go to dock, check the "Automatically hide and show the Dock" and drag the Size slider all the way to the small side. Just make sure you do not have magnification on... I hope this helps you (somewhat). The only issue with this is that you have to do this everytime you enter the game, and reverse it when you exit which is a pain...
Yeah Pseudonym, that's what I usually tend to do. Thanks fort the input! You have no idea how good it is to know I'm not the only one out there with this problem. T^T
It crashes as soon as I open it...
