EDIT: I only just realized that the so-called "Train to the Game" isn't actually a one seat ride, but rather goes from New Haven to Secaucus via the NEC. Since the NEC crosses under the NJT "Main" and Bergen County Lines, but never actually connects directly, passengers need to get off at Secaucus and transfer to the upper level tracks for a game day shuttle.
This actually simplifies my task a bit since I can divide my route into two different scenarios. One (utilizing the Merged Jersey Coast Line+NY-NH) between NH and Secaucus Jct and the other utilizing the PVL for the "gameday shuttle". Now the question is how/if I can create a new scenario out of the PVL (which appears to be only available as a QD?) and the MNR/NJT merge posted by user DANNY- https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=594382812. Any ideas about how best to go about this?
Also, I don't know if its just a glitch but the Secausus Jct. station didn't appear during the QD scenerio between Meadowlands and SJ... I know I have the SJ station as an asset in the NJTCL... Is this something I can just add on my own, or is there a glitch preventing it from appearing?

Ask Danny for more infomration. It would be hard to merge the routes since you are wanting to merge DTG and Workshop routes.
