Problem with game update

How can I update the game from version 3.0.13.351 to 3.0.14 to run the new SOS? I have tried to unzip new patch to game main catalouge but it doesnt change anything.

You extract OWPatch_3.0.12.342_TO_3.0.14.353.rar to your Original War folder and overwrite the existing files. You do need 3.0.12.342 or higher.
