City-State not gaining Influence
The first city-state I shared borders with is gaining +2 Influence/turn as expected. But the second one to share borders with me is not. Is there something I am missing? The description of what to expect seems pretty straight-forward: if you share borders with a city-state, you will gain +2 Influence/turn with that city-state.
