Disaster Response units never leave RICO buildings
I wanted to make my bug report by itself so it doesn't get lost in a million comments.

When a building gets destroyed by any disaster, the Disaster Response units deploy, but when they get to one of the RICO buildings, THEY NEVER LEAVE! They're stuck in the search process, and it just drains my city's income.

Have a look into it if you'd please.
