Ploppable RICO
SunLion 2 Apr, 2020 @ 1:23pm
error message just started to appear
Hi,
recently as much as yesterday evening and today, I am now getting RICO error message:

Building 941961890.Raccoon Bar_Data provides commercial jobs but no jobs are set.

Then most of the buildings I plopped the other day are turned off.

when I click okay to clear that message I get the next following message box when I un-pause the game, that I cannot get rid of:

Division by zero [System.DivideByZeroException]

Details:
No details

These do not appear when I have Ploppable RICO turned off.

so what is causing this issue?

Like I said, this has only started late yesterday and still happening today.

I do have a fair few MODS, but none are listed to cause issues with ploppable RICO or the game as they are all updated. The two new MODS I installed, I turned off, so it can't be them.

I have some decal tiles added to the game, but not used in my saved game. So I am at a loss, and I cannot play the game at the moment as some of my buildings I can only plop using ploppable Rico, as I cannot seem to add them to a menu in the game.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Wayne

Sorry, I haven't been on Steam recently, just seen your message.

I did fix it, I think it is something to do with an Asset I changed in the game. I did one of the following:

1. I may have used Asset AI Changer mod to change the AI class of a building asset, and the game didn't like it.

Or

2. it was more likely that in the RICO settings of ploppable asset menu.

Or

3. The more likely cause though, was that I was using a workshop building asset in a bigger asset I was creating in Asset Editor and then I deleted the workshop asset.

That was another cause to my issue, as I had this issue more than once so it wasn't a combination of all above, it was separate times I had the issue.

Now if you did use a workshop asset in a custom asset you created in Asset editor and the workshop asset is then deleted from the workshop, it gets deleted from your Asset list, which would cause the error as your custom asset is trying to find something that does not exist anymore.

I hope this helps.
