New version of Ploppable RICO got BIG Problem!!!
1. All type of Commercial Building (commercial low, commercial high, commercial leisure, commercial tourist) and all level, when you plop them, citizen still can go to those buildings for working, but you got no tax income from those buildings, because they got 'closed' forever. And that's because New version not incompatible "Citizen Lifecycle Rebalance,
Realistic Populationand Consumption and Resident Travel Rebalance" Mod.

2. The all Residential type will got unknown reason to get 'negative green income', and the income change to expenses, you got more pay and no got. Especially the High level like Level 5. And when it's be 'negative green income', and you deleted those buildings then the 'negative green income' will keep goes to next level. For example Level 5 building changed to 'negative green income', and removed all level 5 buildings and the 'negative green income' goes to level 4 and like that going to the end.

3. All level of Office Building you got unnormal tax income, it's lower than the game default.

4. When you load a save anytime, plopped building auto level up ONE level or directly to the highest level.

5. Mod is missing 'Real-Time' update, when you change pre assets of "PloppableRICODefinition.xml" file or default "LocalRICOSettings.xml" file in game, you got nothing, and you need closed game and restart, then you can see the change, it's too worse!
So, maybe you can add a 'Reload' function for each type, then when you did changing you can use 'Reload' for update.
