It would take some skill to get headshots but it can instakill all classes apart from an overhealed heavy. But if you don't get a headshot you can still support your team.

-insta-kiil on headshot
-25% faster switch after successful headshot for 3 sec.
-45% chance to mark for death on a bodyshot, otherwise, it is a mini-crit
and:
-charge shots don't work
-shots leave a tracable, sparkle trail
-Critacal shots with other wepons make people laugh and don't do damage

pros: sparkle tracer rounds.
headshots make people dance for 3 secs
it CAN do headshot damage when fully charged.
when you get a headshot party music plays while the receiver laughs

cons: -%45 body shot damage
un charged headshots do 0 dmg
