Target Practice has Arma 3

Sounds inaudible when in a vehicle.

When in any vehicle (including a quadbike) sounds from outside the vehicle are inaudible, even loud sounds such as gunshots or explosions.

This is a vanilla bug which won't be present anymore as soon as the 3den update and the new sound configurations come out.

i dont have that bug you are talking about.
for me,there is no sound for any of the choppers turret gun

this is the exact case for me as well.

disabling the mod for the time being until the new update.
