I have access to the control panel from work. Looks like I never actually installed the dynamic color mod though I had intended too. Would the order string still effect it if the mod wasn't in the mods folder?

Depending on where your hosting is, some hosts automatically download the mods. On a side note they do make a version of the dynamic color mod that doesn't make changes to the difficulty settings :)

nope removing that didn't work. I really don't mind not having Dynamic Color in there but I really want to figure out how to get Epic Level working

it is first on my active mods list and I am pretty sure it is first on my launch command though I am not 100% sure I have the right file with that, sorry I haven't done anything with my server other than update it since November.

I am hosting with Citadel Servers and I know the Mod works because I can run it in single player no issues I re-uploaded all the mods today just to ensure that they were all up to date and functional.

You have it in your launch command and ini try removing it on your lauch command its not neccecary at all

If hou have it in your gameusersettings.ini as first to load it should work perfectly

Unfortunately I still haven't had any luck. I have completely rebuilt my config file, restarted the server, performed dino wipes and I haven't gotten anything with EL. Rebuilt file below, all your help is truely appreciated guys!

Also if you look at your mod list in your previous post when it still wasn't working you had the Epic Level (591254305) listed as the second mod, in the one that works it is listed first ;)

yeah in the first post it was first, but I changed it when I copied from someone else's working config file.
