Strategy

Play as The Chungsu or NSA (with center island setting).

Move your cap to the central island and turtle in the sea. A variation on Inland Sea. Emancipation or Promised Land victories.

Spacescraft: Electromagnetic sensor (unlocked by playing Starships) is an advantage.
