to span the vehicles type in chat @vehicle [PlayerName]/[VehicleID]

no, you can't find those in pei or yukor ecc.... you can only spawn them or you can put them in the map editor

no, i can't make any proper functional plane or tank because nelson designed the game in a way you can't make them work.

if you have problems with the mod, try to unsubscribe and than subscribe.

Just subscribe to frenk and then it will download, after that you only have to put the command on any map and the magic has been done

it's just that nelson configured the game in a way that tanks, plane, helicopters, ecc.... don't work...
