-Marked for death after scoping, duration of death mark based on charge meter:
1 second at 20%
2 seconds at 40%
3 seconds at 60%
4 seconds at 80%
5 seconds at 100%
-70% damage penalty
This is a sniper rifle for destroying buildings, but not in the way you'd expect. It's like if a Sapper and a snifle had a baby. It's like the Anti-Rescue Ranger. Not ideal for killing, but that's not the point of the Sniper, the point is to get rid of things that could be a problem for your teammates. These stats are just designed to go after a different threat. Also, while the full charge shot is powerful, it's not a good idea to spam, as you will be marked for death for 5 seconds. So, only use it when you're in a safe place, or a teammate is covering you.
