Not so good Idea because all Sniper Rifles can charge
That means only -60 damage per shot on buildings and robots and on humans -50 damage per shot

Yeah, it's pretty bad.

Seeing the range is pretty bad, as there is no tf2 map big enough for that requirement. Dealing only 60 damage to buildings and 50/150 (depending on headshot or no) to players would make this a terrible weapon. Take away the range finder, add a 20% more damage to buildings instead of +10, and replace the "no charge" with 15% slower charge. Would probably also add a -10% damage to players or so.

This would make this excellent for taking out sentry nests, dealing tons of damage to the sentry itself (enough to destroy a whole level 2!), while still keeping enough damage output to one-shot the engineer on headshot.

When i think about it, that might be overpowered. MIGHT

But still, these stats you posted were just plain terrible.
