My opinion on the design
While it looks very good, it's a little big, don't you think? Also, seeing how it looks very modern, I think it would be cool for it to be part of a futuristic set.

To be fair, snipers tend to suffer from tunnel vision anyways so it may not be that bad (scoped and unscoped). That or a sniper may play with viewmodels off as either way the weapons in this game cover parts of the screen.
