English audience is not so big as Russian, so its not interesting translate mod for English audience. But, if you want, take a dictionary, translate this mod yourself and write to me.

I didnt create this mod, I just ported them to Steam Workshop. Its took about 20 minutes, not hours.
And also:
For the first: translations to some language usually do people, who better know this language. Its logically.
For the second: its free game and free mod, so almost all connected with this game do only on enthusiasm. I dont burn with a desire to translate mod and you didnt pay me for this.I dont must you anything.
