Have Black Mesa pack, but there's still missing stuff.
Missing floor texture, error instead of vent entrance, no light shafts.
Iny idea why?

MIne's perfectly fine. Maybe you guys didn't add the files to the SFM search paths.

Go to your library, click Play on SFM switch it to open SDK, then click on Edit Search Paths, the put a checkmark on all your new files.

The file Black Mesa when downloaded, doesn't have anything in it. I also know that there is a way to get the files to show but it's very tedious. There is a steam user who did post the instructions to be able to fix the downloading error, but you have to make sure you don't mess anything up because deleting or moving a file could cause a DLL error which means a file is missing.
