Guess I'll make my own stats.
Pros:
+5-10% damage on primary and secondary weapons
When active:
+25% damage bonus
+50% damage to buildings (Removes sappers in one hit)

Cons:
+25% deploy time
-10% swing speed
No random critical hits

+10 damage
-10 damage

There, the weapon will be not a reskin. .3.

These actually seem really balanced. Maybe the deploy time could be 30%? Idk good thoughts anyway.

This would make spies useless as all this damage boost would take out a spy in around one hit and destroying a sapper in one hit itself is a little op however if you were add something like 40% building health i could see how this would be a little more balanced but even then tag team engie teams would bypass the cons and make this pretty op overall

btw by tag team i mean a jag engie builds while a nailbiter engie defends the sentry that is built

It's called TEAM fortress 2, not Spy fortress 2. Besides, an uber and a demo would do a better job than a sapper-happy spy anyway. And plus, there's a slower swing speed, which counters the overall damage output against spies. They'll be able to use their *gasp* revolvers to kill the engineer while the sentry's sapped/disabled.

TL;DR: Swing speed counters the damage so that engies don't go swinging around their wrenches while healed and take out everything and spies have guns.

that could be a bit op when combat engi considering that the swing speed is only 10% less which sounds like a lot but it really isn't because how many times has amedic killed you with an ubersaw? that doesn't have a damage buff and he can't fly across the map with a push of a button

The only reason a medic could kill you with an ubersaw is because he has a team to back him up because meds are so rare in normal games. Engies have less health, no regen and most likely no team to back them up.

it needs +100% crit rate + 100000000000000000000000000000000 damage and -1% deploy time

you guys are like light switches, millions are like you and you are unoriginal

The -25% Deploy Time is actually a pro, not a con.

Since it decreases the time to deploy the weapon, then it means it would be faster to be taken out =P

What you probably meant was +25% Deploy Time, increasing the time it takes to take it out

Yes, that is what I meant.

Reduce the Damage for Primary and Secondary weapons to 5% and this is a good weapon.
