New Wrench Stats
Pros:
+50% Damage Against Sappers
For each sapper removed, you gain one "Nope", which allows you to teleport your sentry to you, no matter where you are.
+10% Increased Hit Range
+25 Max Health
Cons:
-20% Damage Against Enemies
Removing a sapper costs 20 metal.

Personally, I thing these are fairly balanced stats!
