Stats
Hold alt-fire to load up a shot for 2 seconds that will on hit:
Mini-crit, set enemy on fire for 5 seconds, destroy a sapper
-66% clip size
No random crits

Strategy:
I was thinking you could go away from your buildings and if a spy saps a building you could load up the shot that would destroy a sapper on hit
(It's really not that great in combat)

+25% Fire Rate
~Damage Destroy's Sapper
Cons:
-40% Damage
-50% Primary Ammo

2nd Idea:

Pro:
~Hold M1 to Charge "Nope"
~Release M1 by Full Nope to Shoot a Close Range Electric Impact
which Destroy's Sapper and Ignite's on Hit ( -50% Afterburn Time / Range is equal to Flamethrower Range )
~No Ammo and Reload Needed
Con's:
-20% Damage ( On Hit does 72 at Point Blank and Drop down to 24 )
-25 HP
~Not Able to do Crit's

3rd Idea:

Pro:
~100% Crit's vs. Invisible and/or Cloacked Spy's
~Damage Destroy's Sapper
+25% Reload Speed
Cons:
-25% Deploy Speed
-83,3% Clip Size

I somewhat like 'em.
Alt fire: Create a power shot that will mini crit and ignite enemies for 4 seconds (takes 3 seconds to charge
Passive ammo and metal regeneration (1 ammo per second and 5 metal per 3 seconds)
-50% clip size
+15% slower reload

I hate the pomson, everyone does. so lets do this as an anti spy weapon maybe?

As in: its double melee range. almost like the short circut. But insted of dealing as much dmg. It just disabled cloacking for a sec or something similar.

Or as an anti med. It shoots crossbow(like ranger or huntsman) shots with a clip of 2 max. and if shot at an uberd target. their uber duration is reduced for o.5 sec each shot.

It has a slightly longer reload.

Upon releasing charged shot a barrage of up to 15 bullets will be shot out along with the "Nope" sound playing
each bullet does 50 x infinity damage
You lose 9999999999 health from each charged shot

shotgun chells are now bateries
- 4 bullets
-25% ammo
+25% damage
the more damage you do to players with this heals your buildings by +25% hp

+1000% max primary ammo on wearer
+500% fire rate
+1000% magazine size
+10000% push force
Each pellet is a rocket
Rockets turn enemies into sandviches upon death that ignite it's eater instead of healing them
-50% pellets per shot
-100% damage

Still not as good as the phlog

ok how about:

.no random crits
.on hit adds charge to the Big Texan meter for 10% per shot
.when charged hit alt fire for Big Texan shots that do crits for 11 seconds (just to bother ocd People)
.drains 15% uber of enemy medics and 20% cloack for enemy spys doubles when cloack
.a passive will be add 25% max health for the engineer
.does less damge over projectile time similiar to the pomossom 6000
.and another passive buff wrench swing speed about 50%

you can tell i hate spy no hard fellings to spy fans

These stats were like if satan became a dev at valve and didn't like spy.
(You're not satan though, right?)

Raygun
(+) Shoots lasers, which on kill, the wearer gains 100% critical hits for 5 seconds
(+) Can destroy sappers, and crits affect them
(+) No ammo neccesary
(-) -20% damage penalty vs players
(-) -15% reload speed
(-) Random crits do 50% less damage
