-Added laser firing effects to the NU Prototype Weapon.
-There is now a backwards kick to the NU Prototype along with reduced recoil.
-Updated the OSIPR_L making it easier to control

To Do

-Switch the names of OSIPR Rifles (Make them simple)
-Add Icons
-Add pictures of the weapons to steam
