How do I use this?

I'm sure I'm just a dumbass,.. but I can't figure out how to use this... any guidance please?? This will be pretty cool to be able to represent various units in game!

In your Steam Library, right click your ARMA 3 and go to Properties, after that type this command line in the line -mod=@RHS_Patch then click okay. After that it should be all set :) Thank you for the comment also! Be ready for the new Update tonight which adds more!
