Sadly no. Bloodborn was released on March 24th, the concept for this set was started before March. The initial idea was actually steampunk pudge, but it didnt work out, it did a bit, but it was too out there, this was more mild so we went with it.

We were inspired by many great works of the past such as Sweeny Todd, Jack the Ripper, etc . . . here is a response by total biscuit that mentions this: http://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1so6hlg

We have been working on this DOTA set for about a year now with @ravafx https://t.co/nBFVWh62mN - It's been through many stages of refinement and we finally have it in a place where we're happy to put it up for Workshop vote. The set took various inspirations that fit Pudges character, from Jack the Ripper to Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street (who baked his victims into pies, seems very Pudge-like to me). We felt that Pudge as well as taking his victims skin might like to try on their clothes as well from time to time, after all, he has a strange sense of humour. Unfortunately, they kinda don't fit, but Pudge doesn't mind. It's certainly one of the more outlandish sets to be submitted but definitely not the most out of character. Surgeon Pudge and that weird viking/gladiator barrel Pudge thing are both in the game so we didn't think this was pushing it too far. If you'd like to vote for it to make it into DOTA by all means. It's a collab for everyone involved and we fully endorse it.
