How to get running a modded Map on a Server
Found an easy Instruction here[www.bluefangsolutions.com]

Don´t forget to add the Mod-ID in the "GameUserSettings.ini" under the section
"[ServerSettings]".
And don´t only copy the folder of the mod in the "Mods" folder on your Server, you need to copy the ".mod" file too
