Bug causing chairs to disappear
You see the red chair on right side? There should be 4 of them. If you go to it, the chairs will appear.

Very likely the problem is because of that vis leaf (the blue box showing it)

p.s. looks like meshes on behind are disappearing too.

I dont know if its related to vis groups, to LOD or to something else. So far it's the only place where I noticed this happens.
