Not sure how to rearm/repair/reload
The briefing specifies to use the helipads for such functions as repairing but there is no prompt or radio command I can discern to use once I am at the pad. The process doesn't happen automatically whether it is to repair or refuel and there's no way I can figure out to interact with the crewmen on the ground
