Even when flying at max blast casualties will die most of the time during the medevac missions, not sure if this is intended or not. Great job though, love this mission!

Currently the degree of injury isn't linked to the distance to the hospital. A casualty will have a random initial injury value and all casualties injuries progress at the same rate while in the helicopter. A critical patient starts with damage of 0.8 to 0.9, severe 0.6-0.7, moderate 0.4-0.5, minor 0.1-0.3. The decay rate is 0.1 per minute. If you have a severe injury 10km out, you're screwed, but a critical patient within 1-2km may make it. I've also gotten screwed waiting for an AI helicopter hogging the helipad :). Ive considered linking injury to distance so you are racing th clock on every mission, but I opted for increased randomness, like real life. Sometimes it's futile from the start. I could be talked into changing it though.

Wow, very well built. Impressive. 10/10. I am in the transport rotary section and have always been on the look out for a solid training type scenario for practice and this feels like I finally found "the one". I feel like I can unsubscribe to all the other 6/10 sort of scenarios I've tried because this one hits the mark completely. Bravo to the author.

90% of the time I am playing Arma I am playing Saint 4-1.
One suggestion, can we get a ground vehicle version?
