Bots spawning in the devbox?

So I've looked through all the guides and I don't think the bot problem is said well enough. I go into the control room with all the buttons and I try to spawn bots, it all goes well and the alarms go off but then they spawn in the red devbox. Don't just tell me to toggle the lights or smthn bc I've tried all the buttons

so Ik how to spawn the bots via the buttons but not how to move them to the main test area
