At the moment, the Garand abides by the +1 rule and partially spent clips are recoverable. Instead, it should work like the revolver where the 8-rd maximum is reached regardless of reloading from empty or partially spent, and partially spent clips should be lost since they fly off to God-knows-where. Barring that, partially spent clips should be retained at -1 since a chambered round flies out separate from the clip.
