umm, i tried to change playe skins but how would I upload the VPK it's to big, also, it seems the custom folder does not support this.. any ideas?

I'm not a modder. but if you want to turn something into a VPK you need something to pack it as, such as VPK creator. Or you can check https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Vpk
