You can do it in RO2 with the Scoped K98 and due to how limited your view is it's barely worth using and doesn't give you any real advantage over just using the scope or switching to your secondary and in Rising Storm you can't use your back up sights on the Springfield which i'm assuming is because you couldn't do so on the real thing.
The only gun I see it being viable on is the G43 due to the type of scope they could put on it where there's lots of room underneath the rail to look down IS.
Its an intesting idea and somthing that ill test out.
