How do i get this mod working?
Head to the sleeping giant inn which is in riverwood, find a spellbook under the bartenders counter called: Spell tome: Small loan

Learn the spell

My Skyrim is French and I didn't found the Spell Tome, is it normal

The language of your skyrim should have nothing to do with it. You could always spawn it in i suppose.
