Hey everyone after all these years of the First Order Troopers having this issue with them being completely shined White I think I may have found the solution to fixing them.

Try turning on High Dynamic Range (*HDR*) in your game's video advanced settings, appears to fix it, at least on my end anyway, I'll send screenshots in a bit here but for now i'm going to test this to make sure if this is the the cause.
