How to install the direct download version.
1) Download the zip file
2) Unzip the zip file in your My Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/mod folder.
If there is not mod folder make one.
You'll need an Idea Variation folder and the Idea Variation.mod file in your mod folder.
3) Select the mod in the launcher
4) Play.
