I wanted to post this about a year ago but I wasn't playing EU4 much, regardless at least a year now I noticed at some point this mod has been mostly great apart causing some graphic glitches with the estate window etc cause paradox at some point made big changes to estates, but even though all buildings are fine to this day, my games have been plagued with an issue concerning shipyard and dock buildings only. They are glowing after you research the adequate technology and appear to be upgradable but they are completely unclickable, and they cannot be upgraded. This issues also used to exist with manufacturies, which began when leviathan was released but at some point it was mysteriously fixed this summer and now I can build manufacturies again. However this shipyard dock issue continues to persist and after all this time of not being able to upgrade them past level 1 is starting to get annoying. I would like to know if its a bug from this mod or incompatability issue and if anyone else has had the same issue.
