Truck Wars map not loading

i cannot enter this map. When I try to play it, it puts me into a loading screen, and says starting local game server, then it freezes. If I try to join a friend on this map, it puts me at a loading screen, where it says retrieving game custom info, and freezes. PLEASE HELP ME PLAY THE MAP!!
