Attention - there's an added Folder in the Workshop .vpk!
YOU must manually load it to use more Custom Logos as your 17th menu option!

You'll need GCFScape which is a small tool that can open and extract from GCF files that are utilized by Steam for game content storage.

#1 Download and install GCFScape which is required to open VPK files. Go here and download the installer v1.8.4-> http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?c=169#p169
#2 Navagte to your to your Steam WorkShop folder and find this mods .vpk file.
#3 Go to Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2(again)\addons\workshop.
#3 Right Click the .vpk and open with GCFScape
#4 Extract the "How to Install Custom Logo folder in the Spray Menu" to your Desktop.

Lets start by looking at the contents folder named "custom"
Notice there are 3 sets of Sprays both .vmt and .vtf are needed of each spray.
You must have a min of 3 sets of sprays or the "Custom Logo" #17th option will not appear in your Spray drop down menu. You must always keep the 2 Bill ones! You can manullay add any others you like in this folder to build your own Custom Logo Spray Library. Or when you use the Import Sprays menu option. Those sprays will automatically go here as well!

So lets add the "custom" folder in the right directory.
Depending on where you installed steam either C: or other Drive.
goes in Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2(again)\materials\vgui\logos...put the "custom" folder here! (or see the example path pic).

Now when you Open the Game. Wait for Add-Ons to stop it's Spinning Updates.
Go to Options, Click on Multiplayer, Click on SprayPaint Image, you have a long list. The last listed is Custom Logo. Click on Custom Logo. Now a search box appears and holds all your extra Sprays, Enjoy!
