Switch between On A Rail Uncut and On A Rail?

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to know if it's possible to switch between the normal On A Rail and On A Rail Uncut? Or do I have to uninstall the mod to play the normal one? And will there be Issues if I would uninstall it?
