I can't make this run

My game crashes every time I try to start it. Any ideas in how to play it?

I did make it work in an unexpected way:

Just played a campaign and when "on a rail" starts it looks pretty much the same, but changes after liberating the rocket from military. It's waaay longer (doubles OG black mesa chapter) and has some yank, so keep some saves in case a glitch makes you stuck.
