Limited Amount of Stargates

Hi there!
I would love to limit the maximum auf placable SGs in my World. Would that be possible with any line in the config?
I want to avoid that there are too many SGs on the map so I want to say "okay. you can build SGs but u can only place 5 of them"
Hope u can help me. :)
