can't place teleporter rings

we run a dedicated server on the centre map, we've used your mod since the beggining and never had a problem, however we've recently noticed that although the teleporter ring highligh green, they won't place, is this an ark issue or something you can fix?

its a mod issue. one or more mods are not up to date, resulting in no mod structures can be placed.
