So I restarted my server and that fixed my issue.

Yup, same here. A simple restart was all it took for me also.

Side note. We have quite a few mods installed, and this was almost the last one on the list, so I moved it to the 2nd mod on my list. Just to make sure it loads before everything else (except 1 mod).

Not sure which method was the actual cause of the resolution, but it's working great now!
