Optionally use rings?
Would it be extremely difficult to modify the ring transporters to be manually activated?
I'd love to put ring transporters all over my base, but if they automatically activate all the time I just walk over, it's kind of more annoying than helping (especially if the base hasn't alot of free space to waste).
It also would be a bit more canon to the show - there the rings also have to be activated and are not step-on-and-off-you-go.

And for those who love the auto-transport-function it might be nice to make the "activate to teleport"-function a setting the admin could put in the config files - so all the users who love the mod the way it is don't feel a change and all the others can use the manual activation of a transporter.

Just using this mod for several days on Valhalla and it's just amazing how I feel in Stargate now ^^ Thanks a lot Oxxy for this mod.
As to not flood the discussions, and because my question deals with teleportation rings, I just put it here sry :)
I noticed strange teleportations with the rings, and still doesn't understand precisely why it happens. Let me explain : When I add a new teleportation rings pair (in the same ~10 blocks cylinder), my last or two last rings (or even more) will teleport me to the new ones (almost at the other side of the map). Do you see where is the problem, or do you need some more information to identify it ? Let me know.

As far as I know you need to make the rings which should be paired identifyable. Easiest way to do that is to put the same name in the two rings that should be connected.
