Put simply, you're computer is not powerful enough to render in the world when you are transported from one place to another. Ark uses render distances, and stasis, and essentially isn't a true open world game. So when you are suddenly on the other end of the map, your computer is running to catch up.
Ark is very demanding of your graphics card, and if you have the opportunity, upgrading your graphics card will eliminate the problem you are experiencing, as well as making your overall gameplay more enjoyable.
P.S. The remote bug where you lose your UI IS a bug. To avoid it, simply do not press escape to close the remote dialing screen. Pressing the Close button every time will eliminate your UI disappearing, until the mod dev fixes it.
