Please add an "Just Admins allowed to create Gates"-Option
Please add a possibility, so just Admins can place and distroy gates.
It would be awesome for Maps like Valhalla where you cant get to the second island when youre new spawnes. But if Admins could Place gates on the both sides and the normal users couldnt create gates and spam them everywhere it would be perfect for fair play.

I may be speaking out of turn here, but could you not accomplish this by disabling the engrams for everything except the public gate that can only be summoned by the admin anyway?
