Config options?

We are looking to modify the types of items coming in drops.
We are getting black pearls in drops as low as blues. We would like to limit or remove black pearls (and perhaps other items) from drops entirely, or limit them to double-yellows and reds.

There is currently no config option for it. I do intend to remove black pearls. I'll update soon and remove them.
