Advantages and Disadvantages
Rebel Advantages and Disadvantages: The Human's Medical System is limited to medics and refugee's, meaning Citizens and Rebel Soldiers are unable to revive other people, even modded Rebels can't revive them.
Combine Advantages and Disadvantages: Combines have an unlimited Medical System, making them extremely hard to kill if you don't finish off Combines needing a spare medkit.

If you want the mod to be effective, make sure to disable wandering or even iNPC (not the entire addon if you love it)
