How to get into vault in sandbox without noclip
This isnt a glitch but goto the old bank_13 duplicate the keycard, save it and it works on this vault. Now you can get into the vault in sandbox because the actual keycard dosen't spawn in the map atleast for me.

Or you can type in the console with cheats on "ent_fire case pickrandom". This will spawn a random keycard.

it does, but it spawn in the spots it is supposed to, not in front of you
check the break room and the office on the ground floor
