I was thinking

+25% melee range
Heads allow for an increase in damage (up to +30% of normal melee damage)
For every 2 kills, you gain one head

+100% damage vs enemy buildings
removes enemy sappers
destroying an enemy building gives you a 20% faster speed boost for 4.5 seconds

-20% slower firing speed
-25% damage pentaly vs enemy players
no random critical hits

It could have the same stat as Heavy's Gaunlet of steel + its usual sword range

Maybe slower movement speed, because it looks quite heavy
I have some stats


PROS:
+15% More Damage

CONS:
-20% Swing speed
-10% Movement Speed

you do get that Valve is not going to add any new stats to any of these
so why even bother
also it's a reskin of the eyelander

Everyone knows that. You saying it isn't going to change a thing, except make people get annoyed with you. And it's fun to do.

Well since its a cog or garage tool.......
+50% primary & secondary ammo
+Repairs buildings for 50 health a hit
-25% Firing speed
-20% slower when active

+50 health per hit just makes the user able to camp a spot with an engie while he assist the engie with his stickies without having to worry about dying

= On Reload: Shift Gear, move 15% faster
= Shift Gear charges after 350 points of melee damage
= Shift Gear drains at 35 points per second when activated
+ 10% sentry damage resistance

- 10% slower movement speed when not in Shift Gear

I really like the idea that it can help out the engie or have higher damage against buildings. So
-90% Damage to buildings
- Removes Sappers.
- During charge gears turn and gains + 15% base damage to melee attack.

- 25% slower swing speed
- Takes a 7 seconds before charging with shield (Builds up, but does not effect distance of charge)
- Slower movement speed

So yes it can be used with engineers or against as intended great for picking off struggling engies when you don't have your stickies or grenades having a risk and reward if the sentry isn't facing you. Then so its not just a slower melee it has that extra effect during charging so the play style of demo knight is more calculating for a angle to charge from.
