~STATS~
Please avoid using more than 5 stats! It never works out well
Also, try staying away from broken overpowered and underpowered designs, if you can.

Rename the cold cannon

pros

Slows enemys to 2/3 original speed
1/3 original speed if wet
can put out team ate out
+5% damage
air blast slows enemys

~puts out flame effect on hats for rest of enemys life

cons
2 after burn damage
-50% less air blast nock back
15% more expensive air blast
Cossack 30 Jan, 2016 @ 4:20pm
pros
can charge air blast on right click (fully charged 110 damage)
air blast does 35 damage on hit (non charged)
air blast fully auto matic on click
air blast cost as much as flame

~every second of charge=2 feet in game
~can only charge for 8 sec

cons

no after burn
no fire
the more you charge the more ammo the air blast takes

Slow mechanics are broken in TF2.

Also, too many stats.

This is clearly a flamethrower. Meaning it spews fire. So no.
3x airblast push force
-50% airblast cost
+30% longer sucessive airblasts (takes 30% longer to use 2)
-50% damage penalty
Knockback when midair airblasting

That would be the least fun weapon to play against in the game...

why not just leave it as a flamethrower with a different design just like the Original. Except when it kills an enemy they turn into ashes prior to the name.

My opinion on the stat(all words no number[cuz i suck at numbers])
1) Slight increase on damage
2) uses more ammo than normal flamethrower/have a lower ammo count
3) Less airblast push force (but not too low) [Optional]
4) a certain vunerability [Optional]

airblast causes 20% knockback to self
+15% speed while active

So, only upsides? Since self knockback is freaking useful. Also, the weapon really doesn't seem to have something to do with it's airblast by design.

Not out of question for this one. But if it wasn't, what would the stats be?

that's for valve to decide if they even want any stats for the item however the item will come out of a crate so it's sort of impossible because new stat changing items usually come from drops or crafting
